  1. Hi Stevenson! It is wonderful to see that you have completed three more activities for the Summer Learning project, all in one day. Awesome work!

I especially like the selfie that you took looking so excited. It is much better than the selfie that I took and posted online looking a bit scared. You captured your emotions so nicely in the poem above and also demonstrated great literacy ability in translating the phrases in Niuean dialect. I really love the way that you have embraced all of the daily activities and the bonus challenges. It's wonderful to see that you are so committed to learning and it has definitely paid off as you are currently our leader for the Summer Learning Journey programme at Pt England School. I just finished computing the scores for Week 1 and you earned the most points for your blogs. If you'd like to see who is currently in 2nd and 3rd place for your school you can to the Summer Learning Journey website and click on the 'Participation and Awards' tab. You will need to scroll down to view the student names for Pt England School. (They are posted below the Panmure Bridge School student names).

Congratulations and keep up the great work!

    Cheers,
    Rachel

  3. Hi Stevenson! Just touching base...I hope that your week is going well so far. I'd love to read more about how your adventures in Malaysia are going when you have the time to hop back online.

I mentioned your name in a post this morning to another student. I suggested that he check out your blogspot to see an example of a great poem and selfie.

You are doing so well with this programme! Keep up the great work!

    Cheers,
    Rachel

  4. Hi Stevenson!

This is a quick post to let you know that, at the end of Week 2 of the Summer Learning Journey, you are currently in 2nd place for Pt England School. Josh Belt is currently in first place and Iisa Salie is in third place. If you would like to regain your title as the leader for Pt England you will need to hop back online and get blogging! There are six days left which gives you plenty of time to mount a comeback!

Hope you're able to log on and blog again soon,

    Rachel
