This is how you make a paddle boat out of cardboard. 

Step 1: Create two shapes out of cardboard 1 that look's like pant's.
Step 2: For the other piece of cardboard shape it into a house (this will be your base) but cut out room for the propeller (PANTS) at the bottom.
Step 3: Get a rubber band and wrap it around the base and the propeller
Step 4: Wind it up and let it go in the water and see if it will float or sink.
