Call Of Duty: Black Ops II

Black Ops II:
Do you know what COD (Call Of Duty): Blacks Ops II is? Well its a Xbox game that involves shooting, score streaks, 3 different categories, maps, guns and more. The three categories are campaign, multi-player and zombies, I usually play multi-player. Score streaks are stuff you can activate after you have shot a couple of people. I use care packages, lodestar, sentry guns and A.G.R to excel through the game.

Score streaks:
Care packages have lodestars sentry guns and A.G.R's in them. So if you collect them you get one of them then you can activate it. Lodestar is a plane that is loaded with missiles. You press the shoot button (RT) which launches a missle straight to your enemie you have targeted. Sentry gun is a gun that you place anywhere and whenever a enemie comes it shoots them. Its very good at protecting. A.G.R is a little sentry gun but it moves around. Its just the same as sentry gun.

Multiplayer:
In multi-player you can pick local, Xbox live or system link depending on who you want to play with. Local you can let other people join your game. Xbox live is where you play people on their Xbox that are connected to Xbox live. System link you can join a game or create one. I don't usually play system link because its just the same as local.

Zombies:
Next comes in zombies. Its where you can go to three stages and survive as many rounds as you can. My highest in surviving zombies is ten rounds. It starts off easy then  continuously gets harder.

Conclusion:
Playing COD: Black Ops II is quite addictive and frustrating. Addictive because once you know how to play you want to just sit in the lounge and play all day and night 24/7. Frustrating because you might keep dying and you can't get any score streaks.

Report Reflection

This year I have had a great report and a not so great report. In the middle of the year my attendance was poor. Lucky that my reading, writing and maths was high. For reading I got half above and half at, writing I got above and for maths I got above too. At the end of the year my report was still bad because of my attendance but my reading writing and maths jumped higher. My reading jumped up and I got well above for that. For writing I was marked just well above and maths I was graded well above too.

Next year I hope to improve my attendance by keeping myself healthy and going to school everyday. For my three foundation subjects I would just want to keep my marks going higher continuously.

Early Christmas Party

Last week Saturday my family and I had an early Christmas party. It was at my uncle Jon's house. The reason why we had our Christmas early is because part of my family are going to Niue for my grandad's family reunion and my Nana wanted us to celebrate this occasion together.

After my mum and I had arrived (last guests) my Nana prayed for our food. There was a wide variety of food to choose from. I ate chicken nibbles, this big piece of juicy steak and cup of red sparkling grape juice. "MMMM."It was to delicious, my tummy was full so that I couldn't eat all of my food.q

Soon after everybody had finished eating we started to hand out presents. I scratched my head thinking what I was going to get. I was Santa Claus and I had a helper named Hector. He took all the presents to the people I named. When all the presents were open, I opened mine. GUESS WHAT I GOT?, I got my very own mobile phone. WOOHOO!

After everybody received their presents, my uncle turned on the hose and started squirting everyone. At first, I got a fright but then I started going crazy. Everybody was wet except for my cousin James. One of my other cousins named Jordan tried to push him toward the water. He failed but on his second attempt my uncle's and I helped him. By the time we got him to the hose I realised it took eight people to drag him toward it.

When we finished having a water fight, each household did items. My mum, Nana, cousins and I sang a Niuean song and did the takalo (Niuean haka). My cousin Juliana did a dance to the song Beyonce-Single Ladies and my other cousin Elijah did his haka. Also David did the Azonto with his dad Hayden. The items were absolutely hilarious. Everybody was cheering and laughing especially for my cousin Elijah.

Christmas with my family was awesome because I loved all the items, food, water fight and most of all hanging out with my family. Can't wait for next year's Christmas party!

The Last Days Of School...

On the last days of school my class have been finishing off work and returning library books. It was my birthday yesterday but I didn't go school because I was in town celebrating it. Usually I bring a cake to school so I did.

The year 7 & 8's are moving tables and chairs from classrooms to this temporary classroom. I wonder if they move our tables and chairs because our teacher, Mr. Marks, said they might build our class rooms first.

My Netbook Reflection

How has having a netbook connected to the internet helped my learning this year? Having a netbook and being connected to the internet helps me because I can do things faster. For example this year I have published way more stories than last year when I didn't have a netbook. I have also learnt different things like google chat (my favorite), google spreadsheets and many more.

  • What special thing have you learnt from your teacher this year? How to make a google presentation. How to access my year 6 site to find work I need to do. How to make lots of different digital learning objects.

  • What significant thing have you learnt all by yourself - maybe online? How to research pictures in google docs and define words in google docs. How to create a Mac Donalds on minecraft.

  • What have you learnt from your friend this year? How to share docs and presentations with them.

  • What have you learnt from someone outside of your classroom this year (not teacher or classmate) How to inference

  • How have you helped other kids learn this year? Edit their writing so they can see what they have to work on.

  • How have you grown your key competencies through using digital tools this year? Working with classmates, managing my time wisely and listen to my partners ideas.

Why I Want To Be An Ambassador?

Why I would like to be an Ambassador?

I would like to be an Ambassador because you get an opportunity to talk to intelligent people. I like talking in front of people. I'm not shy either.

Why I think I would be great for the job?

I have a big voice, not shy, speak clearly, responsible, I have confidences, work hard and I can stand up and talk in a crowd of people. Also I blog a lot and I would really like to be an Ambassador. Here is one of my blogs it is a piece of writing which two of my buddys and I completed the rubric. It helps me to improve on those things that I got low marked on. http://pesstevensone.blogspot.co.nz/2013/10/ohh-no-pilots-have-passed-out.html

About Learn Create Share in 2013.

http://pesstevensone.blogspot.co.nz/2013/11/maths-dlo.html This year I have learned different strategies like don't subtract add,  jumping the number line, closest tens and many more. I created a presentation. Then I shared it by publishing it on my blog.

I hope you pick me Mrs Burt for one of the Ambassadors!
